American CareSource Holdings, Inc. is looking for a dynamic individual to fill an opening in the Finance Department. As a finance assistant, the successful candidate will report directly to the staff accountant. This Finance Assistant position will entail processing accounts payable and providing basic financial analysis support to the company's accountant and controller.
This person will also provide an interface between our vendors and the company, and perform light clerical duties such as filing various documents and maintaining vendor files. In addition the person will have limited reception duties for the company. A personable and professional attitude is also a key part of being a successful member of the finance team.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of accounts payable experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Must have excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
• Must be a team player with a good attitude, effective interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
